Your personal information remains confidential, and is secure in remaining private.
Your session is entirely confidential and is not recorded by Anne Marie.
Anne Marie does not take notes during sessions. That means there are no files about your personal session information laying around.
No one will be given access to the content of our sessions, or the knowledge of whether or not you are, or were, a client.
The only exception about relaying to others that you were a client is by your freedom of choice, or when you submit a testimonial/review and you decide to include any part of your name.
THE ONE EXCEPTION TO CONFIDENTIALITY IS DURING A CRISIS
Anne Marie at Our Charismata may contact a Crisis / Emergency helpline, providing them with your contact information, if during a session you have relayed that you are feeling suicidal (a harm to yourself or others).
The necessity to breach confidentiality also applies to clients in a Non Disclosure Agreement who have expressed that they are a harm to themselves, others, or are themselves in imminent harm.
For any emergencies please call your Emergency number appropriate to your country (911 for instance). Anne Marie at Our Charismata does not offer Emergency Services, nor is a Suicide hotline. See the SUPPORT CENTER page for additional assistance.
Our Charismata, after having established contact with you as a client or potential client, may contact you with follow-up information in an email; only with your permission.
​A CLEAR VIEW APPROACH
Anne Marie purposefully does not conduct a search to gather information about you, or anyone related to you, ever; not before sessions, not in between, nor after sessions. For instance, online, through social media or otherwise. If Anne Marie did that, or anyone did it for her, Anne Marie's work would more difficult, or next to impossible. This is because Anne Marie must have a "clear view" a "clean slate" in order to actually have her heightened intuitive senses function, and to "meet you as you" during the sessions. Otherwise, everything would be clouded and useless.

In some occasions, it is only natural that Anne Marie does have knowledge of some aspect of you, be it cursory, or more in-depth. Anne Marie does have to go on LinkedIn and Twitter from time to time, and has been living on planet earth, you may even be a close family member; it still holds that all efforts are made to enter into the Session with the skillful approach of a "very clear mind, freed of perceptions of you given by worldly inputs," (that is as best as she can describe it at this time).
​It may seem counterintuitive and it is difficult to describe, but truly, this is how Anne Marie best functions as a provider of these Services.

BOUNDARIES
Additionally, Anne Marie does not use her insight faculties "at all times," which has been expressed as a concern by people who learn of her profession. Doing so would be a breach in personal privacy and freedom of the other, and entirely overwhelming for Anne Marie's health.
Those faculties are for responsible, disciplined, ethical application only.
Their use requires cultivated concentration and stamina that simply cannot be "on" at all times; again ethically, and realistically.
Unless she is specifically "at work and has been given permission," Anne Marie otherwise specifically tunes out of the heightened intuitive senses as she navigates Life among family, friends, neighbors, and the general public.
Anne Marie has established clear lines of the appropriate place and time for providing her services.
Anne Marie will not ever walk up to a stranger, unsolicited, without permission, and speak to that person freely relating to Specialized Spiritual Direction Services, Intuitive Consultant, and Animal Communication as it pertains to his/her/their Life and circumstances as she would otherwise do only during a mutually consented upon appointment.
As it ought to be a universal practice, Anne Marie adheres to first asking for permission to convey services to a party showing active interest. Your permission is the premise of the process of booking a session and engaging in a session with Anne Marie.
FRIENDSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
To maintain ethical boundaries, Anne Marie does not engage in forming friendships with clients.
For example, her practice does not include friendship-based regular / daily email correspondence / accepting e-cards or presents between recurring sessions, or other session styles.
Consideration of a no-more-sessions-friendship may happen after at least one year has passed since the final session.
One example of a respectful intention behind this choice is to support your own personal development and to prevent any possible dependency on the services that Our Charismata provides. Anne Marie supports you getting to know the voice of your own intuition, and to grow in Trust that is (most often) superior to, and more fundamental than, what any session provides. Continued Self-awareness, Self-reflection, for all involved, is integrated into the hopes and intention within the services of Our Charismata.
When you are attending to your own interior work independently on a regular basis, this arranges for the Our Charismata sessions to be an eloquent accompaniment; a "checks and balances" for you. The services of Our Charismata are never intended to be a substitute for your ongoing personalized discernment and well-being modalities.
An important respectful reason for this decision is also to keep the boundary clear - at all times - as a "therapeutic professional," for the benefit of all parties involved.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire and only Agreement between Our Charismata, Anne Marie, and each user of this Site with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous Agreements, representations, warranties and understandings, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
